AB plants are equipped with remote control systems accessible online, which allow the user to choose the best operating set ups, check the operating conditions and monitor the profitability of the plant.

The supervision and monitoring system represents a centralized control point for all the plant parameters and an always-active interface to manage and regulate the system remotely, ensuring an even more punctual and timely monitoring and emergency response service.

The monitoring system is based on SCADA software (SIMATIC WinCC Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system), which allows the customization of data, the setting of different levels of access to information, the creation of archives and the activation of automatic calls if the parameters reach the alarm thresholds.

Control room

Through the Control Room, AB guarantees the quality of the after-sales service and full-time assistance of the products installed.

Managed by a team of highly qualified technicians, the Control Room allows remote diagnosis and assistance of the plants, starting from the analysis of the needs to the activation, through the service area managers, of the intervention teams.

Thanks to this centralized structure, AB Service is able to constantly monitor the operation of the plants and coordinate corrective maintenance interventions. 

All AB systems are fully IoT-enabled and connected to our remote control room and help desk.

In the event of alarms or shutdowns, the online system automatically notifies the malfunction to the plant operator, who is then supported by the AB Control Room and the local team.

Our multilingual help desk is available 24 hours a day and works closely with local teams, ensuring quick resolution of any issues.

Training center

The Training Center is a structure dedicated to training and updating the AB Service team.

Our ability to operate globally, in the field or remotely, for routine or extraordinary maintenance, starts with highly specialized training, the continuous updating of our technicians and the sharing of skills. 

The Training Center is the AB Service division that presides over all training activities, providing high added value courses managed independently or in collaboration with component suppliers and external bodies.

This means continual alignment and specific knowledge of all parts of the plant, in compliance with the highest standards required for efficient and effective maintenance.

Courses are also held to support the customer, in the case of plants with particular technical complexities.
