For the fifth consecutive year, AB has earned the Top Employers Italia certification—a result that is even more meaningful this year. For the first time, the score achieved surpasses not only the national benchmark (as it did last year), but also the average score of internationally certified Top Employer companies with fewer than 5,000 employees, with a positive gap of 0.43 points. This result confirms the strength of the path undertaken and the Group’s positioning even when compared with leading organizations worldwide: the score is +2.02 points above the national benchmark and is just below the average of all 2,340 Top Employer–certified companies globally.
The certification is based on a structured process that evaluates more than 250 practices, covering all areas that influence the employee experience: development and training, well-being, organization, inclusion, and sustainability. Year after year, this process allows AB to objectively assess itself and identify new opportunities for improvement.
This milestone traces back to the AB Group’s first engagement with the Top Employers certification five years ago, which was not intended as a confirmation but as the beginning of a path of analysis and growth. Since then, the assessment has become a method—a tool to review internal processes, primarily HR-related but not limited to them, to benchmark against external standards, and to work in a structured way on areas for improvement. Today, years later, that starting point highlights the significance of the achievement: the fifth consecutive year of certification, accompanied by results that represent a new step forward.
