In AB’s Ecomax® range, the natural gas cogeneration plants are ideal for many industrial scenarios. In fact they meet the expectations and specific needs of various companies in the manufacturing and commercial sectors, and in fact can be defined as a “made-to-measure CHP plant”. The design and engineering of products – honed from the work of AB multidisciplinary teams – takes into account specific customer needs, organising the module parts to obtain an ideal plant engineering configuration.
With the Ecomax® Natural Gas range, electrical and thermal energy can be produced, starting from a single fossil source – natural gas. The electrical energy can be used for industrial purposes, district heating or cooling and air conditioning systems: in these cases, if powered by natural gas, the plants are natural gas trigeneration plants.
The success and recognition of the Ecomax® Natural Gas plant on the international market is demonstrated by the figures: over 580 plants installed, for a total capacity of over 900 MW. The Ecomax® Natural Gas range extends from 300 kW to 4.4 MW.
Design specifications are given to production departments by a team of over 140 engineers working with an interdisciplinary approach to produce outstanding bespoke solutions to meet the needs of the end customer. AB’s engineering department plans cogeneration plant construction activities in every detail: hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and process-related, developing a specific working protocol to be used by the various production departments.
The Ecomax® Natural Gas solution can also be configured for installation inside buildings, and tailor-made solutions in buildings without using a module are also available.
