Particularly worth a mention is the International Junior Sales Program, a program aimed at searching for young electric, mechanical and energy engineers from all over the world who intend to pursue a career in the sales sector.

The program entails around 18 months’ work comprising:
1) Work in a technical sector designed to allow candidates to become acquainted with AB products. The candidate will be involved in production, engineering and service activities;
2) Subsequently, the candidate will work in the sales sector before being transferred to one on the central or local teams.
3) Availability at the end of the program, to be assigned to a country that is other than the country of origin.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2-5 years of work experience at companies in the energy sector and/or engineering;

  • experience in sales, especially if acquired at international companies;

  • a fluent knowledge of English, a second language is even better;

  • a willingness to travel throughout the world.
